Did you use prisma graphite? Or the coloured pencil, softer kind?

Prisma colour pencils just used the grey colours and I wanted a hard texture with this drawing too that's why it look like graphite.

I love your shading, subtle but powerful and realistic. My only gripe is that he seems a little stiff, maybe relax the neck a bit.
